How long does shipping take?
Orders are made to order and typically processed within 2–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days within the US (longer for international orders — see below). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Estimated delivery after processing is 5–10 business days to Canada, 5–15 business days to Europe, and 10–20 business days to the rest of the world. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied on delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at support@janarecrafted.com — please don't send items back without requesting a return first, as we won't be able to accept them. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away at support@janarecrafted.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@janarecrafted.com. Since items are made to order, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations before your order enters production — we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once it's shipped.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the discount code box before completing payment. Codes can't be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

What sizes do you carry?
Our apparel is available in a wide range of sizes, from S to 3XL depending on the style. See the size chart on each product page for exact measurements before you order.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart with width and length measurements in inches. Width is measured pit-to-pit with the shirt laid flat — to compare it to your own body, measure around the fullest part of your chest and divide by two, then match that to the closest width in the chart. If you're between sizes, most of our styles run true to size, so sizing up is a safe bet for a more relaxed fit.
What are your shirts made of?
Most of our tees are 100% ring-spun cotton, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified and ethically sourced. Check the individual product page for specific fabric and care details, since materials can vary by style.
